


Last night we ate you know who. It was really a test of sorts. The first test if I could really butcher a chicken/nasty rooster for meat, the next part was if we could eat something everyone knew I had butchered. Let's just say there are a lot of leftovers. This spring I had been considering ordering broilers when I order chicks to butcher later. At this point, no, It isn't worth the effort and money if everyone feels too guilty to eat them. Good lesson learned.
